You need to heat up the gun carefully to get the solder melt down and bonds with the surface of the radiator. Then heat up the damaged part of the radiator along the soldering iron, introducing the wire slowly with it, try not to drip the solder itself into the radiator. After that, slow down the work when you get down the crack until and unless it is fully covered with the solder.
